Account Terms

  1. Training Disclaimer
    All Beginner’s training and courses are not “get rich quick” schemes. Earnings and income representations made by All Beginner, its founder Muhammad Sufyan, trainers, or employees are aspirational and not guarantees of specific results. Individual outcomes will vary based on factors like effort, skills, motivation, economic conditions, and unforeseen risks. There is no assurance of earning income from these trainings.
  2. No Warranties
    All materials on the All Beginner website are provided “as is.” All Beginner disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    All Beginner and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use materials on the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
  4. Accuracy of Materials

Payments, Refunds, and Account Terminations

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are available under one condition: If you are dissatisfied with the training, you may request a refund after the first live session but before the second live session begins. Refunds will not be granted once the second session is live, regardless of whether you attend it or not. No exceptions will be made.
  2. Refund Policy
    Refund requests submitted after the second live session has started will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  3. Invoice Process
    After submitting the registration form, you will receive an invoice from our team via email.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Misconduct Termination
    All Beginner reserves the right to terminate any student’s account due to misbehavior, misconduct, or harassment. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  2. Pending Dues
    Accounts with pending dues may be suspended or terminated at All Beginner’s discretion.
  3. Account Suspension
    All Beginner has the sole discretion to suspend or terminate your account and deny future access to the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and forfeiture of all associated content. All Beginner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Pricing

  1. Service Adjustments
    All Beginner retains the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
  2. Content and Trainer Changes
    Training content, tools, services, and trainers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

General Conditions

  1. Fee Transparency
    There are no hidden charges apart from the specified course fee. However, you may be advised to purchase a funded account from a company of your choice (not mandatory but recommended). Trainers may also recommend tools or services, which could include affiliate benefits for All Beginner.
  2. Batch Limits and Merging
    Each batch has a limited number of students. As batches progress to non-technical modules, some batches may merge to foster healthy discussions during classes.
  3. Re-enrollment Option
    Students may re-enroll for a course by paying 50% of the original fee.
  4. Lifetime Access to Recordings
    Students will have lifetime access to class recordings if their dues are cleared. Since Forex Trading is an evolving field, recordings are updated with content from newer batches every 1–2 years. Old recordings are then permanently removed to ensure students have access to the latest strategies.
  5. Restrictions on Content Use
    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service, including class recordings or materials, without prior written consent from All Beginner.
